Work or Student Visas

When applying for a Work Visa or Student Visa, some foreign countries require a copy of your criminal history record as part of the background investigation.

Adoption Requirements

Most states, and some foreign countries, require a complete criminal history check when applying to adopt a child.

Attorney Requests

To ensure proper legal representation, federal regulations allow you to request a copy of your personal criminal history report and have it sent directly to your attorney.

Please be aware of the rules and regulations governing how FBI criminal history information may be requested and used.

Please feel free to contact us for any additional questions you might have regarding obtaining your FBI Report.
